Refund policy

Beastnbeautii strives to ensure the best service & products for each customer, however we do not currently offer a refund/return policy. Exchanges are accessible, customers must be notify customer service within 3 business days of receiving your order. Hair must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging  within 7 business days. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You must notify customer service within 3 business days of receiving the order. You must return the item within 7 business days to ensure a proper exchange. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically be eligible to re purchase.Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
